Then, even though these storms were really not supposed to get anywhere close to us...they did! At least it cooled it down a little bit! The heat index today was 108 degrees. Needless to say we stayed inside most of the day. And on another bummer note, Braden is still sick. We have made the decision to postpone his birthday party that was supposed to be tomorrow to next week. Poor guy! He is taking it pretty well though and I'm sure he'll love it once he figures out that he gets to celebrate his birthday longer!!
