We left Missouri today amid a few snow showers, but nothing too bad - 5 hours and a lot of blowing snow, black ice later - we arrived home! Here we had over 3 inches and it was still falling. Braden was so excited to see snow that I just couldn't deny him! I personally am putting my name in the running for "mom of the year"or at least of the day. We jumped out of the car, ran inside, found some snowpants (which were way too small) hat, gloves (not in the first picture - he couldn't wait to get on the 4-wheeler), coats and boots and headed directly outside. It was pitch dark and freezing - but it is truly one of those memories that I think will be with me for quite awhile. The look on his face as he flipped in the snow and made snow angels and ran from toy to toy - he was in pure Heaven - and that is what kept me warm!
